Please create your account using your full name, middle name, suffix, date of birth, and address as it appears on your driver’s license or state-issued ID if you have one.
The email address used to create your account will be the username associated with your account and will be used each time you sign in.
After you click Submit, check your email in a new browser tab or window. You may need to check your spam or junk folder for the activation email.
You will be directed to finish setting up your account by setting up a password and clicking Next.
